Hello there!  Tonight is actually bonfire night, so I thought I'd write about the great Bonfire of Button Common which was on Saturday.  Why is Button Common called Button Common? I do not know.  Martin doesn't think it's named after a sacrificial virgin lamb, but I'm not convinced.  Anyway, as usual the bonfire was mahoojin, and the fireworks were ace (although some complained that they didn't go on for as long as last year).  I particularly enjoyed the StarWars soundtrack, and the 8 pints of real ale at the Green Man and 1.5 hours of sleep I had on the sofa, and seeing Jane who I haven't seen for months and months and was lovely as ever.  Chad has defected to Billericay.

Strangely today I have been ultra productive at work.  Must be the yeast.  Or the hops.
